Tony lost another 3.5 lbs last week. He's doing an awesome job! And...gets to add another carb in this week...yay!
Monday: shepherd's pie...low-fat version: ground turkey instead of ground beef, mashed potatoes, corn, low-fat cheese.
Tuesday: chicken sausage with onions and peppers on a roll with sauteed veggies
Wednesday: chicken and veggies with penne and tomato sauce
Thursday: grilled shrimp, skewered veggies, rice pilaf (brown rice)
Friday-Monday our friends will be here!!!
Friday: carne asada, pico de gallo, guacamole, grilled bbq onions
Saturday: Busch Gardens for the day
We LOVE October!
