p90X Menu Week 2

Well, Tony weighed himself and has lost at least 2 lbs...he didn't weigh himself before the diet, so I think he's lost more, maybe 4-5....so it's definitely working.
So, gotta keep the dinner plans diet friendly and kid friendly...sometimes those two do not mesh well together.

Sunday: (Free Day) Jamaican Jerk Chicken, Black Beans and Yellow Rice

Monday: Leftover Chicken, black beans, roasted mixed veggies (broccolli, mushrooms, zuchini, potatoes, red pepper...mixed in a tblsp of olive oil, garlic, and Mrs. Dash)

Tuesday: grilled shrimp, wild rice, mixed green salad

Wednesday: pasta primavera with grilled turkey sausage (since it was such a hit last week)

Thursday: grilled pork loin chops, grilled mixed veggies, baked potatoes

Friday: Black bean burgers, sweet potato fries, salad

Saturday: Steak, sauteed veggies (tbslp of olive oil, cup of chicken broth), potato of some sort
