Saturday: pre-diet dinner of grilled chicken, asparagus, potatoes

Sunday: Pepperoncini Roast sandwiches, tomato salad, green beans

Monday: Grilled pork, sweet potatoes, mixed fresh veggies

Tuesday: Broiled fish, wild rice, green salad

Wednesday: Turkey sausage, mixed fresh veggies, fruit salad

Thursday: Grilled chicken, asparagus, pasta with marinara

Friday: Tony's birthday dinner: Flank steak, fresh pico de gallo, tomato salad
