A Day to myself...well almost.

I only had little guy today. After spending the day at Busch Gardens as a family yesterday we dropped the girls off at Nana's and Pop's. Tony and I had a nice night last night. We cooked at home...we are homebodies. :-) We thought about eating out...but it is just more enjoyable to us to cook and chill at home. I put Domenick in the crib for the first time last night. He did well....and woke us up at 7. So, no sleeping in even without the girls. :-)
I would love to say I had a spa day or shopped for fun or lounged all day...but that is not the case. I did my grocery shopping...4 stores in the rain with the baby! He did not appreciate it one bit! Then of course it was just as much work putting everything away. Why oh why is it so much work just to have groceries in the house?
I played with Domenick and cleaned most of my house.

I did paint my toes and dye my hair...how I miss the days of someone else doing it for me. :-) Alas, there is a season for everything....and right now my season does not include those luxuries. Maybe when Allie is potty trained...which will probably be never at this rate. :-)

My girls will be home tomorrow afternoon. I miss them already...but I am simply exhausted and quite proud of all that I accomplished today. Should make my super duper busy week a little less stressful.
