The gift of friendship.

It has rained off and on all day today, which tends to make me feel LAZY... I really need to clean my house and my van out...both of which are bordering on unliveable/undriveable...so I must accomplish this tomorrow. So the weather must be sunny tomorrow. Anything less is unacceptable. And...at 4 tomorrow Lexi and I have a date. She has a birthday party that sounds like it is going to be sooo much fun. My friend took 80's style dresses and her mom altered them to fit little girls. She has dress up shoes and makeup for the girls. They will get their nails painted and have a tea party and then watch a movie. Moms and daughters will both be there. Should be a great time. I am excited to go. My husband has to work so I was just going to let her go with her friends, but a lovely woman is going to watch my other girls. I babysit for Kelli weekly and though I am over the whole babysitting thing, Iam so thankful to have met Kelli. She is such a selfless person and has been a Godsend to me and my girls. If Tony has to work on Girl Scout nights she stays with my girls, not getting to her home until after 8 after working all day just so that I can go with Lexi. She watches my girls during any dr. appointments, rearranging her schedule even, if needed. I can't express what a great friend she is. The best part is my girls really love her. Allie screams "Kewwi" whenever she comes here and wants to be picked up and loved on by her. She is taking my girls to a little local amusement park with her family to see all the new Fall decorations. They will have a blast too. I wish I could be in both places at once!!!
