I have had some major cravings this week... I'm either nauseous, eating, or craving something. Geez! I'm 6 1/2 weeks along and better get a handle on this or I'm gonna gain astronomical amounts of weight. If I don't eat often the nausea is unbearable...I'm trying to feed myself with smaller and healthy meals...but what have I been craving? Burritos, Olive Garden's soup, salad and breadsticks, chinese, arby's beef and cheddar...so, not exactly the healthiest things. Ugh! And...I don't know if those of you who have been pregnant before remember or experienced this...but it is a STRONG craving...like this force that pulls you to whatever the food at the time might be. I would say it's all in my head....maybe it is...but we do not usually eat out often. In fact, maybe one sit down meal a month if that, probably every other month, rarely fast food, and an occasional delivery meal....so these cravings do not jive with our lifestyle at all.
Well, hoping this and the extreme exhaustion move along quickly!!!
