It's been a while, but I love looking back at these to get ideas, so thought I would start it again.
Sunday: Blue cheese bacon burgers, homemade mac and cheese, carrots and cucumbers with dressing.
Monday: Grilled steaks, baked potatoes, and mixed fresh veggies with parmesan
Tuesday: broiled pork tenderloin with roasted garlic balsamic glaze, sauteed broccoli, wild rice
Wednesday: chicken stir fry with brown rice
Thursday: black beans and yellow rice (Domenick's 1st Birthday)
Friday: breakfast or leftovers
Saturday: Parents babysitting (We get to eat out, just T and I woohoo!)
Sunday: D's birthday party...rotisserie chicken, ribs, roasted red potatoes, collard greens, balsamic green beans...chips, salsa, queso to snack on and cannoli cream cake for dessert
We LOVE October!
