Monday: grilled chicken with terriyaki dipping sauce, rice-a-roni, carrots
Tuesday: baked turkey breast (on sale at Publix for .99 a lb) encrusted with garlic and stuffed, mashed potatoes and gravy, squash casserole ... thanksgiving dinner in Sept!!!
Wednesday: red beans and brown rice with ham
Thursday: broiled pork tenderloin, scalloped potatoes, sauteed broccoli
Friday: leftovers of sandwiches
Saturday: Breakfast...bacon, blueberry or banana pancakes, scrambled cheesy eggs
Sunday: still up in the air...grilling out either at home or with my inlaws
We LOVE October!
