Friday: Homemade chicken burritos with guacamole
Easy peasy recipe: Saute chicken with garlic, onions, and multi colored bell peppers. Put chicken in food processor or chop it with food chopper. Mix back together with veggies. I also add a can of corn and about a half cup of salsa. Then layer in a burrito shell with cheese and black beans. Put in pan and sprinkle on more cheese and put in oven for 25 minutes at 350.
Saturday: Daddy works late here...so breakfast for dinner...sausage links, pancakes, eggs
Sunday: Stuffed peppers and corn and black bean salsa
Monday: Red beans and rice
Tuesday: chicken parmesan and pasta, salad
Wednesday: london broil, roasted potatoes, sauteed broccoli
Thursday: leftovers
Friday-Sunday: Travelling to my Nanny and Poppy's with the granparents
