Black bean and corn salsa or relish

YUMMY! A take on Bobby Flay's and Chili's recipe:

6 ears of corn, grilled with garlic butter cut off the stalks

3 jalapenos grilled (brush with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper), deseeded and cut

1 can of black beans rinsed thoroughly

a bunch of cilantro chopped

the juice of 2 limes

Mix all together and add a little salt and pepper to taste. YUMMY!!!!
