Happy Friday!

Happy long weekend to everyone! Tony actually had today off, so we celebrated today....since he works all weekend!!!!!! We had a really nice Friday. I made ribs, corn on the cob, potato salad and baked beans. It was yummy! Publix apple pie a la mode for dessert.
The baked beans are great with some sausage and then, instead of putting them in the oven, try them in your slow cooker or on the stove top. You won't be able to make them the traditional way again after trying these.

The rest of the weekend, T works...and it is supposed to rain here. But, we will make the best of it. My parents are going to come on Sunday, so that will be nice for the kids. If we get some snatches of sunshine the girls will swim.
Really we are just trying to make it through...Lexi has next week and 3 half days the following week before she is out for summer. Woo Hoo!
