I am starting training tomorrow....for what you might say? For our beach week in 13 weeks. I am going to run on T's days off. Rather, I am going to jog and walk on those days and walk with the girls on the other days. I have a dvd to do from Biggest Loser also. Mama wants to be in shape for the beach. I still have those stinkin 6 lbs that are hanging on and another 6 to lose after that. So, I am going to check in weekly for some accountability.
