Try this recipe if you haven't already. YUM! YUM!
thinly sliced flank steak (you can buy it already sliced thin at Publix)
spinach
salt and pepper
mozarella
fresh romano grated
prosciuto (not sure of spelling)...enough slices for each slice of flank steak
cooking twine
sauce...can use homemade or jar
season each slice of flank steak...layer each of the other ingredients and roll...secure each one with cooking twine.... submerge into the sauce and cook until done...we cook for an hour or so.
We served this with bread, pasta, and broccoli rabe. It was fantastic!

i got super excited when i saw the title of this post.
my family's favorite italian meat dish is brachiole!! there is a family-owned italian restaurant in atlanta that makes the most amazing brachiole EVER!

This was our second time making this. I am in love with it. I will have to look up that restaurant if we are ever in Atlanta. I should definitely have been born Italian. :-)
