Yummy recipe to try and healthy too!

From the slimfast website. Tuscan shrimp.

You need 1 lb of shrimp, bag of spinach, can of cannelini beans, crushed garlic, tblsp of olive oil, bertoli tomatoes and basil sauce, 1 lb of whole weat spaghetti noodles, and crushed red pepper.

Brown the crushed garlic (I use fresh and lots :) in olive oil. Add in the deveined and shelled shrimp. Cook shrimp until pink and fully cooked. While cooking shrimp boil the spaghetti noodles. Place the cooked shrimp aside and use the same pan to cook the bagged spinach and bertoli sauce until the spinach is wilted. Add in the cannelini beans and shrimp and cook until heated through. Put atop the spaghetti noodles and add crushed red pepper.

I also added salt, mrs. dash, garlic salt...and topped mine with parmesan.

YUMMY! Super easy too, done in about 15 minutes.
