I am trying to meal plan again...took the holidays off and was quite lazy with dinners for the last month...but now I vow to do it again. It really saves $$.
Sunday: Baked whole chicken with lemon pepper, crushed fresh garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, fresh green beans, homemade mashed potatoes, collard greens.
Monday: Leftover pork butt, made into barbque sandwiches, oven fries, and leftover veggies from Sunday.
Tuesday: Homemade stir fry with steak, chicken and shrimp. YUM!
Wednesday: Shepherd's pie
Thursday: Leftovers...daddy has softball
Friday: Pizza night
Saturday: Burgers or sandwiches...T works late

Heather...come by anytime. We love to entertain and usually cook too much! This menu is basic...when Tony cooks it has much more flair.
