Grandpa Devescovi

Tomorrow is the start to yet another busy weekend for the Devescovi's. Tomorrow I have to prepare our house for T's dad's visit. I also must do our shopping for the week...and watch 5 kids, lol. Should be interesting, at least?

Then, T's dad, who we have not seen for 4 years...yep you read that right...is going visit with his siblings at our house for the day on Saturday. Pictures will definitely follow. Grandpa Devescovi has not met Allie and Livia was a tiny baby last time we saw him. We are looking forward to the visit for sure. T hasn't really talked to his dad for a long while, so this will be great for him too. Ofcourse we will prepare some yummy food to celebrate the occasion...london broil, jerk chicken, grilled asparagus, roasted potatoes, and Italian Cream Cake for dessert. YUM!!! Food always makes an awkward situation better!!!

My family is super close. I talk to my parents and sisters usually daily. They are my best friends. I see them often. They are super involved grandparents. I would love for this to be a turning point for T and his dad and our girls. It would be fabulous!

Sunday is Lexi's birthday party! We will have out of towners, friends of ours and their kids, and classroom friends.... Should be fun... But, whew! The busy end to a busy weekend!
