A downfall to a larger family...

when one pukes, they all end up sick. Yep, Lexi stayed home from school on Thursday because she was up all night puking. Last night, I got sick and woke up this morning to find that poor Allie had puked in her bed sometime during the night or morning. I was telling Tony about it and Alivia puked on herself. Then, I went to go to the girl's bathroom and there was puke all over the potty and all over Livia's bed. Poor baby had gotten sick during the night and just went right back to sleep in puke. :(

So...I have ousted everything I can think of and bleached down our bathrooms. I have washed all of our sheets and have the windows wide open. I hope we are almost over it. I made chicken soup for lunch and we all took naps today.

I took care of everyone while feeling like poopy myself...and I thought...next year when we are getting all of these school illnesses poor little Nicky will be another one to need mama. Sometimes it is tough to be the mama. Sometimes it is tough to need to take care of everyone else when you just want your mama to come take care of you.

Luckily this is one of the very few drawbacks to having a larger family....and in the end it is of course worth it.
