Sick Monday

Well Monday morning is not having a great start so far. Yesterday Lexi had red eyes, but I thought maybe she was having an allergy to something. Well, this morning they are redder yet and crusty..eww... So, guess she has no school today and we have to visit the Dr. She is devastated....she loves school. So, I am not her favorite person right now.

I babysit two boys and had to call their mom and let her know it would be a no go this morning as well. So, now I have disrupted her life as well. I have watched these boys for almost a year now and this is the 3rd time since school has started I have had to cancel on her. Poo! Before that, I never once called because of a sick child. This school thing has not been kind to our immune systems.

Mama will just have to baby Lexi and make some soup and hopefully she won't be out of school for too long...she will hate it if she can't go tomorrow. She will be missing pizza and lasagna day!!
