Cooler temps

While I love Florida because we are close to family, beaches, Disney World, you name it...we have lots of fun things to do here...but I really would love some cooler temperatures right now. I am tired of running my a/c. I am tired of $350 electricity bills. I don't want to swim in my pool anymore. I can't fit in a bathing suit anyway. :) I want to open windows and enjoy the fresh air. I want to take long walks without my clothes sticking to me. I want to let the kids play outside without suffocating. I want to make soups/stews for dinner.
Please let it get out of the 90's again. I miss SC weather...but I want to have my cake and eat it too...I don't like the cold temps. I haven't really had to wear a jacket in the almost 8 years we have lived here. That part is nice. We don't use our heat often in the winter either...that part is nice.
