...to be a Publix shopper! Seriously! I got $170 worth of stuff for $50...not too shabby. I will still need diet cokes (yes, need!!), and milk. I spent $10 at Aldi yesterday and bought bread and some produce, so we are set on everything else. So, it is probably another $70 week ( I try for $50), but I bought some stuff to be used for our camping trip!
The Loot:
12.5 lb bag of Matchlite (for camping: on sale for 7.99, had a $2 coupon and a $2 coupon off meat when I bought it)
2 bags of Tostitos and 2 jars of salsa(2/6, had $1 off each one and $3 off salsa when I bought it, salsa was bogo...so basically spent $4 on all of that)
2 bags of Wise chips (for camping: was bogo and had .50 coupon off each one)
Cottonnelle toilet paper (on sale with a CVS and manf coupon, which made it cheaper than buying in bulk this time)
Sirloin Tip Roast(on sale and had the $2 off, so spent $3 for a decent sized roast)
2 bottles of wine (bogo and has a MIR)...I love cooking with wine
2 containers of Friendship Sour cream (.99 each and had a 1/2 coupon)
Sue Bee Honey on sale for 1.99 (had a $1 off coupon)
First Aid Travel Kit (for camping...they paid me $1.07 to buy this)
2 Oreo Cakesters (bogo with a .50/2 coupon)...my indulgence
2 Edy's Fruit Bars (raincheck making them bogo and Walgreen's coupon for $1 off each)

Danimal's Collision Yogurts (.55/1)
Blue Bell Ice Cream (3.99, had a $1 coupon and returned nasty Publix ice cream from last week...so free)
2 Oscar Meyer Weiners bogo at 3.19
2 Fast Fixin Chicken Nuggets bags (had Publix and Manf coupon for each, so 2 bags for 1.99..regular price is $5.99 for 1 bag)
2 6-packs of applesauce 2.33
2 packs of vitamins (with coupons, they paid me $2 to take these)
Dove Shampoo, Conditioner and 2 Styling Products (had $6 in coupons and the styling products were free with purchase, so all this for $1.5)
McCormick Garlic Pepper Grinder (free with coupons)
6 boxes of Muellers' Pasta ($2.40 with coupons)
2 lance crackers (for Lexi's school....89 for both packs with coupons)
2 Wishbone salad dressing (.39 for both with coupons)
2 College Inn Broths (.59 after coupons)
Sure Men's Deodorant (the paid me .11 to take this after coupons)
Parmesan cheese

I may have to start driving a little farther to the next town over just to start shopping at Publix. Bi-lo hassled me somewhat about coupons this week, and if that keeps happening, it will be worth it to drive to a store with better deals that actually gives you overage!!
