Weekly Menu

Monday: Grilled chicken, zuchini and parmesan, pasta aioli

Tuesday: Black beans, brown rice

Wednesday: Grilled flounder, rice, veggies

Thursday: Burgers on the grill, baked fries, corn on the cob

Friday: Chicken and rice

Saturday: Leftovers

Sunday: roasted whole chicken, roasted veggies (eggplant, red and yellow peppers, zuchini, asparagus, squash, red potaoes) mashed potatoes
