We are cleaning out our cabinets of all junk...and starting anew next time I go grocery shopping. I have lost 4 lbs in 6 wks, walking 2 miles a day, 5 days a week. My goal is 9 lbs away...so I need to stop eating junk food....4 lbs in 6 wks is not very good. So...this week is probably less healthy than weeks to come. :-) We will allow 1 day a week as a free day. Gotta be beach body ready by our annual beach trip.
Sunday: Homemade chicken crispers, corn on the cob, homemade french fries, apple brownies
Monday: London Broil, squash casserole, broccoli
Tuesday: Stroganoff, salad
Wednesday: Garbanzo beans, corn bread
Thursday: Broiled fish, rice pilaf, zuchini
Friday: Busch gardens during the day...so takeout. :-)
Saturday: No kids, no husband(he works)...so nothing special.
We LOVE October!
