7 year itch...or not...

Monday is our actual anniversary of 7 years. They have been wonderful years, full of fun, surprises, laughs, cries. They have gone by so fast it seems...and in a sense it seems we have been together forever. I am so thankful to have such an amazing husband and father for our children. Even in tough times, we turn to each other and not against each other. We are a great team.
I can't even imagine what we will go through these next 7 years. I am certain they will be filled with many more surprises and a lot of fun and laughter. It will also go by fast, I am sure. I am going to try to hold on tight and not let it go by too fast to enjoy it though.
The first 7 years had several moves, a new house, 4 new babies and so many new experiences. I have changed from a college kid with a first job into a woman, a mom and a wife. I hope these next 7 years are filled with few moves if any, a new house or our same one with a little tweaking, and no more babies, lol.

We have no major plans for this anniversary. I plan on cooking some steaks and veggies on the grill, and making some dessert. We will celebrate with the kiddos. Next year, I plan on going somewhere...but who knows what next year will bring. I won't have a little nursling, so maybe we will. But, honestly, enjoying it at home with our family, on our patio, swimming in our pool, eating food that tastes better than most restaurant's fare..... that is a perfect anniversary to me.

To my husband...who occasionally reads this blog...I love you and I am so glad we get to enjoy this life together. You are my rock and I can't imagine life without you.
