Scratch that...

No fun activities planned today on my dear Allie's birthday. Why? She has a 103 degree fever! Ugh! Apparently another virus has made it's way into our house. I cannot count how many different ones we have been blessed with since school started. I am so sad for my little girl being sick on her special day.
Motrin has knocked the fever out, nap has made her more pleasant, mommy has rocked her and sang off key to her. Sooooo hopefully she will get to eat her birthday cake, open her presents and enjoy her birthday dinner. If not, I will recreate it for her on Sunday. No one should have to be sick on their birthday!
Pray that we get over these nasty bugs and that I do not get it again! Ugh! I need at least a month or so with well kids. I know there is a lesson in there and I am trying to see it. I just hate it when my babies are feeling yucky...and it stretches this momma thin when baby boy and baby Allie need me so much at the same time!
