Menu Sunday

Trying to think in terms of savings and healthy eating this week. I did great, walking 5 days last week, but only lost a pound because of diet...so this week gonna try to do better...but not today. :-)
Sunday: Boston butt in slow cooker all day...(smells wonderful), corn on the cob, twice baked potatoes

Monday: dried pinto beans in the crockpot (recipe from hillbilly housewife), corn bread, collard greens

Tuesday: carne asada, roasted potatoes, leftover collard greens

Wednesday: flounder, rice pilaf, broccoli

Thursday: italian sausage sandwiches with red and yellow peppers, onions, and baked fries

Friday: probably Chilis...Alivia's dance recital that evening.

Saturday: Going to my parent's...wooohooo!!!
