Here's to 2009

What a great family day! The girls let us sleep until almost 8. Breakfast at Bob Evans, eh, not too bad...I could have made better, but it was nice to be served.

We played Battleship, Operation, the bug maker, and nail salon. It was fabulous weather, so we got to hang out on the patio. Everyone was in a great mood. A great start to 2009.

And...I found the sequel to Twilight, which I read last week in 2 days. I am so glad to be in 2009. 2008 was not a bad year, but I just really feel that 2009 will be so much better. Domenick is set to be born, with the pressure and contractions I have been having, possibly sooner than later. We are going to take care of some financial stuff. I am not babysitting anymore. We are healthy, happy, and what more could you ask for.

I try not to make too many resolutions, but I am continually trying to better myself.

This year I am going to be more patient with my girls...I want to show them behavior that reflects how I want them to behave...instead of acting out of frustration.

We are going to make major headway in our financial goals.

I am going to be more active, walking more, sitting less....which should help me be more organized.

I want to be a great partner to my husband and for us to continue to build a strong marriage.

Enjoy life more...sweat the small stuff less.
