Breech baby, breech baby

Today was my dr's appointment and I am 37 weeks. Nicky is not head down, in fact he is lying across my body. I have been given homework to try to get him to turn on his own. Laying on my back at a 30 degree angle, with my hips lifted. I pray he decides to turn head down. Next week if he is still head up inside my ribcage, they will schedule an external version to try to turn him. If that does not work, I will have to have a c-section. Ugh! I have made it through 3 deliveries, with no surgery. I have never had surgery before. I really want him to turn on his own. Please little Nicky cooperate. My girls think these exercises are quite amusing!
