Thanksgiving

Thanksgiving was fabulous. We had a great day at home, chilling out and then went to my parent's house. We ate way too much!!! Then we woke up at 4 and joined all the crazies for some shopping. Glad to say it was a success! My girls are done, except for Lexi. I have a few more items left to get for her, but then other than T I am DONE! Whootie whoo!

I always have a blast shopping with my sisters and mom. Then T and I got to go out to dinner by ourselves. We ate at Maggiano's Little Italy. YUMMY! It was so nice to have adult conversation uninterrupted by all the littles needs. We enjoyed each other's company and got to get semi-dressed up. We were home by 7:30 though :). I was pooped from getting up so early and all the walking during the day. I was asleep by 8 :).

Today, we came home. It's nice to visit family, but oh how we love to come home. We got our tree today. It smells sooooo wonderful and is beautiful. We will decorate it tomorrow while listening to Christmas music! Then we are taking pictures of the girls with their new Christmas jammies in front of our tree. (This will be a Christmas gift for the grandparents)!

I love the holiday season!!! I feel like a kid, when I see the excitement in my kid's eyes looking at all the lights and decorations! It is such a blast!
