Another good gift idea....

Bath salts in a jar. I spent about $30 which is enough to make about 24 jars of bath salts. Two of my friends and I will split this cost. To make 12 12oz jars you need 8 lbs of epsom salt, 4 lbs of sea or kosher salt, a couple tblsp of baking soda, 1/2 tsp of glycerin, food coloring, and whatever scents you want. I got peppermint to make a candy cane one, lavendar, a rose and thyme one, and one called relaxation.
You mix the kosher, sea salt, baking soda, and glycerin together. Then divide it into containers for the different colors and sents that you want. Finally, put into the containers in layers or just one layer if you chose.

Decorate your bottles and wah la...you have a gift. I will be putting these in my gift baskets.
