My cleaning lady needs to be fired!!!

She forgets to dust up high...hates dusting baseboards. She is a slacker when it comes to laundry. She can't stand mail and thus lets it pile up. She seems to always be at least a day behind where she should be. I am fed up with her. I think I am going to fire her...but who will replace her for the same cost? I don't imagine she can be replaced at the going rate of nada per hour. I am hoping that she will get more efficient and start cleaning to my standards if I just ask nicely. She always has excuses though...especially right now, being pregnant, she thinks she can slack even more. We will definitely have to have a sit down and decide how to proceed.
